TECHKEWL™ Phase Change Cooling Brow Cooler easily attaches to a hard hat harness as well as many bump caps. The COOL PAX™ phase change inserts maintain a constant 14°C (58°F). Phase change cooling is not affected by ambient conditions such as humidity or temperature; they are designed to maintain a steady 14°C (58°F) without the need for evaporation to stay cool. Simply placing in a fridge, freezer or cooler with ice water can recharge Phase Change inserts, as will any environment below 14°C (58°F).
